We can’t imagine what you’ve been through these last few weeks, and our hearts are with you and your loved ones.
Here at HexClad, a Los Angeles–based company, we know that food brings people together, and we want to do our part to help you rebuild a sense of home and community. We’re donating 10,000 cookware essentials to those who have been impacted, and we’re using our financial resources to support our culinary community and feed frontline workers.

How do I get one of the 10,000 donated pans?
HexClad has teamed up with many great donation partners. Please visit or reach out to the partners listed above for availability and distribution information. (If you’re an existing HexClad customer, please click here.)
How is eligibility determined?
We are in the process of delivering pans to relief centers across Los Angeles. The individual relief centers will determine criteria for accessing product.
When will these donations be available?
We are working closely with our charitable partners to get cookware to them as quickly as possible. Please note that due to various factors, specific dates are not yet available. We recommend contacting these partners directly to find out if they have additional details on availability.
Which charities are you working with on this?
We are working with and providing financial assistance to various philanthropic and community organizations that are helping displaced families. We are also providing food to frontline workers.
I was affected by a previous wildfire in California; do I qualify for a donation?
The relief organizations we are working with may have specific criteria for recipients. Please refer to them directly for details.
I have purchased from HexClad in the past. Will you replace everything I lost in the Southern California wildfires?
I am being affected by another natural disaster in another area of the country. Why don’t we get donations?
Our hearts are with all victims of natural disasters who are suffering, nationwide. Currently, however, we are able to focus our resources on the situation unfolding in Southern California. However, we will continue to provide support where and how we can in the future.
Are you doing more than just donating cookware? Are you making any financial donations?
We’ve committed financial resources to support our culinary community and feed frontline workers, and are eyeing more ways to support our Southern California community down the line.
I have reached out to one of the approved centers and they no longer have any HexClad cookware available.
HexClad has selected partners all across the county in an effort to reach as many people as possible. We recommend contacting donation centers for possible availability. Due to high demand, cookware may be limited at each distribution center.
