You can also use it to amp up store-bought ramen noodles, whip up a quick batch of fried rice, or heat soup. (Try cracking an egg in your soup, for a new riff!) The small, round wok conducts heat very quickly and is compatible with any stovetop, including induction ranges.

Dishwasher-safe or wash with warm, soapy water. For tougher stains, soak for 10 min. and use an abrasive sponge like steel wool.
