Official Rules and Terms & Conditions

1. Sponsor
This giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by One Source to Market, LLC d/b/a HexClad Cookware (“Sponsor” or “HexClad”). The Giveaway is conducted in connection with the New York Yankees at Yankee Stadium and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Major League Baseball, the New York Yankees, or Yankee Stadium, except as a promotional partner as described herein.
2. Giveaway Period and Games
The Giveaway will be conducted at two (2) New York Yankees home games at Yankee Stadium on the following dates (each, a “Game”):
- Wednesday, August 5, 2026
- Sunday, August 23, 2026
3. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of the applicable Game. Individuals under the age of eighteen (18) are not eligible to win. Eligible entrants must be physically present at Yankee Stadium during the applicable Game and seated in the winning row as described in Section 4. Employees of Sponsor, the New York Yankees, Yankee Stadium, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and the immediate family members and household members of each are not eligible.
4. How Winners Are Selected
No entry, sign-up, or purchase is required or possible. At each Game, Sponsor or its representatives will randomly select one (1) full row of seating (approximately 30 seats, depending on the row) within Yankee Stadium (the “Winning Row”). All individuals occupying a seat within the Winning Row and present at the time of selection will be deemed winners (“Winners”), subject to verification of eligibility. Winners will be announced live at the Game. There is no method of entry, and attendees cannot opt in, opt out, or request selection; presence at the Game as a ticketholder in the Winning Row at the time of the drawing is the sole mechanism of winning.
5. Prize
Each Winner will receive one (1) HexClad 12″ pan with lid (approximate retail value: $199 USD) (the “Prize”). Total prizes to be awarded across both Games: up to sixty (60), depending on row size.
Prize Redemption: Winners will receive a physical card at the Game containing a unique single-use discount code. To redeem, the Winner must visit hexclad.com, add a 12″ pan with lid to their cart, and enter the code at checkout. The code is valid for one (1) redemption only, must be used within 30 days of the Game date, has no cash value, cannot be combined with other offers or discounts, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. Sponsor is not responsible for codes that are lost, stolen, illegible, expired, or not redeemed within the redemption window.
Prize is non-transferable. No substitution of Prize is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated Prize becomes unavailable.
6. Taxes
The value of the Prize is below applicable federal and state reporting thresholds. Winners are not required to submit tax documentation (e.g., Form W-9) to redeem the Prize. Notwithstanding, each Winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes, if any, associated with acceptance and use of the Prize.
7. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Giveaway constitutes each Winner's consent to Sponsor's use of their name, likeness, image, and general location (e.g., “Section 203”) for promotional and marketing purposes related to the Giveaway, in any media, worldwide, without further compensation or notice.
8. Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway, in whole or in part, if it is not capable of being conducted as planned, including due to weather, stadium policy, technical issues, or any cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it believes has tampered with the selection process or acted in violation of these Official Rules or stadium policy.
9. Release and Limitation of Liability
By accepting a Prize, each Winner releases and holds harmless Sponsor, the New York Yankees, Yankee Stadium, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, receipt, or use of the Prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or in the redemption card.
10. Privacy
Any personal information collected in connection with Prize redemption will be used solely for fulfillment and will be handled in accordance with HexClad's Privacy Policy, available at hexclad.com/policies/privacy-policy.
11. Governing Law; Disputes
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Giveaway or these Official Rules shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration, and not in a class, consolidated or representative action or proceeding. Each entrant waives any right to bring or participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration in connection with this Giveaway. To the extent any dispute cannot be resolved by arbitration, it shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
