How it works: 
HEXAGONAL STEEL PEAKS
Combined with our tri-ply aluminum core, the hexagonal stainless peaks lift food away from the pan circulating air for a better, more even bake.

NONSTICK VALLEYS
Ensuring an easy release, our proprietary PFAS-free TerraBond™ for Baking ceramic nonstick coating formulated for delicate bakes, makes clean-up a breeze.

  • Includes a 9" x 13" rectangular cake pan, two 9" round cake pans, an 8" x 8" square cake pan, a 10" x 15" medium baking sheet and a 9.5" x 14.5" stainless steel cooling rack.
  • TerraBond™ for Baking ceramic nonstick is designed exclusively for delicate bakes. PFAS-free, it ensures the perfect browning and easy release for even the most delicate sponge.

Seasoning

Before first use, season your HexClad bakeware.

  1. Wash pan in warm, soapy water. Then dry.
  2. Thinly coat the pan’s interior with high-heat cooking oil. 
  3. Place pan in a preheated oven at 400ºF and bake for 3 minutes.
  4. Cool pan completely. You're ready to bake!

Caution

  • DO NOT use any cooking sprays as they can lead to sticky build-up over time.
  • DO NOT preheat an empty pan in the oven.
  • DO NOT use a sharp metal utensil or knife to cut into a pan as it may scratch the surface. Silicone, wood or nylon are recommended when cutting into the pan.

Baking Tips

  • For best results, use grease, parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. 
  • When greasing, only use butter or high-heat oil like vegetable oil.
  • Follow recipe temperature settings and baking times.
  • Pans are heat-safe up to 900ºF. 
  • Always use pot holders when removing bakeware from the oven.

Cleaning

  • Allow bakeware to cool naturally before cleaning.
  • Though your Hybrid bakeware is dishwasher safe, for everyday cleaning we recommend hand washing with warm soapy water and a soft sponge. Dry with a soft cloth or paper towel.
  • Temporary staining can occur around the rim, handles or on the bottom where the stainless steel is exposed. It can be easily removed by using a more abrasive sponge such as steel wool or a stainless scouring pad. 
  • DO NOT use abrasive cleaners or sponges on the interior Hybrid surface to avoid damaging the TerraBond™ for Baking ceramic nonstick.

Lifetime Warranty

HexClad cookware has a lifetime warranty against manufacturer’s defects. Damage occurring from improper use, including but not limited to excessive heat, abuse, neglect, improper storage, misuse of sharp utensils, improper cleaning or lack of seasoning is not covered by our lifetime warranty. Cosmetic blemishes and other changes in appearance may occur over time. This is normal wear and tear which should not affect performance and is not covered by our lifetime warranty.
