The Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old (except residents of AL and NE who must be at least 19 years old and residents of MS who must be at least 21 years old) at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees and officers of HexClad, MasterClass, and companies involved in the design, implementation, and execution of Sweepstakes and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, prize suppliers, representatives or agents, and advertising/promotional agencies (collectively, the "Promotional Participants") and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each such person are not eligible to enter or win.
By participating in this Sweepstakes, you are signifying your agreement that you have read, understand and agree to abide by and be legally bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Automated or bulk entries submitted by third parties will be disqualified.

Total Approximate Retail Value of Prize: $1,119
The Prize must be accepted as awarded. The Prize may not be sold, transferred and is not convertible to cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize in whole or in part in the event that any component of the Prize is unavailable.
On or about August 2, 2025, one (1) winner will be selected via random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be contacted via email and/or phone within thirty (30) days of the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
If the selected winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within five (5) business days, the Prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. To be declared a winner, the selected entrant may be required to complete and return a declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws.

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively before a court located in Los Angeles County, California.
