Umami-rich garlic-miso butter sauce coats succulent steamed shrimp in this quick and easy entree. Serve it with crusty bread for mopping up the irresistible sauce. 

  1. Fill your HexClad 8QT/7.5 L Hybrid Stockpot with about two inches of water and bring to a boil over high. Add shrimp to the HexClad Steamer Basket for the 8-Quart Stock Pot and season with salt and pepper. Fit steamer basket into stockpot, cover and steam until shrimp are opaque and light pink, about 4 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, melt half of the butter in your HexClad 3QT/3 L Hybrid Saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook just until fragrant, about 1 minute. Whisk in miso and lemon juice until smooth. Remove from heat and whisk in remaining cold butter until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. 
  3. Add steamed shrimp and cilantro to butter sauce and toss to coat shrimp evenly in sauce, then transfer to a serving platter and serve.
