Mediterranean White Wine Steamed Fish Dinner

Instead of using water for steaming, white wine infused with fresh oregano perfumes mild cod fish with the scent of the Mediterranean. Adding canned beans, olives, pickled peppers, and broccolini creates a complete dinner that comes out of your steamer in less than 20 minutes.
- Pour wine into a HexClad 8-Quart/7.5 L Hybrid Stock Pot and add oregano spring. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Season cod all over with salt and pepper, then lightly drizzle with oil; arrange in a single layer in the HexClad Steamer Basket for the 8-Quart Stock Pot. Arrange white beans around cod, then top with olives and peppers. Loosely arrange broccolini over the top and season with salt and pepper. Place over boiling wine in pot, cover, and steam until fish is opaque and flakes easily when pressed, 8 to 10 minutes.
- Transfer the contents of steamer basket to a serving platter. Generously drizzle oil over the top and sprinkle with flaky sea salt and oregano leaves.
