The HexClad Hybrid Cutting Board features a flippable design with one side for chopping and one side for carving. The carving side features engraved hexagons to keep meat from sliding around, as well as trenches for draining away juices. The chopping side is perfectly smooth for chopping and cutting. The cutting board is completed with a removable stainless steel tray that collects juices and scraps making it easy to add them to a gravy or stock.
The HexClad Carving Set (knife and fork) is forged from 67 layers of Japanese Damascus Steel for effortless slicing and improved edge retention. The knife features a rounded point to avoid accidental stabbing of the meat, and the two-pronged steel fork holds meat steady while making perfect cut after perfect cut.

On medium-low heat, spread a teaspoon of oil inside the pan for 2-3 minutes. As you cook over time, the performance will enhance from natural re-seasoning.
