HexClad, in partnership with The Riviera Country Club and benefiting Steadfast LA, presents Rise & Dine LA, a one-night-only culinary experience celebrating resilience, renewal, and the extraordinary spirit of Los Angeles.
This exceptional evening brings together a remarkable concentration of culinary talent, representing more than 20 Michelin stars and some of the most influential chefs of our time. It is truly a once-in-a-lifetime dining experience that will never be recreated.
The evening begins with Savor the City, an elevated cocktail reception featuring dishes from six iconic chefs who have shaped Los Angeles cuisine: Neal Fraser, Josiah Citrin, Kevin Meehan, Ludo Lefebvre, Raphael Lunetta, and Suzanne Goin.
Guests will then be seated for a remarkable multi-course dinner prepared by world-renowned chefs Gordon Ramsay, Dominique Crenn, Nancy Silverton, and Michael Cimarusti. Bringing these culinary leaders together for a single night offers a rare opportunity to experience their collective artistry in one setting.
In addition to the culinary program, guests will encounter unique experiences and meaningful moments created specifically for Rise and Dine LA.

Steadfast LA is supporting recovery efforts in Altadena, Malibu, and the Pacific Palisades through bold, results-oriented initiatives that cut through red tape and deliver impact where it’s needed most. Cocktail attire. Denim of any quality or color for anyone will not be acceptable.
Will there be parking, is it valet or self parking?
Valet parking will be available.
When will the dinner portion of the event begin?
The dinner portion will begin at 7:00pm.
