Ingredients

Preparation

Bold espresso, smooth vodka, and a hint of sweetness come together for an indulgent yet effortless pick-me-up. Serve it ice-cold for an elegant after-dinner drink or a lively start to an evening out.

  1. Freeze a martini glass or large coupe glass for at least 10 minutes.

  2. Combine vodka, coffee liqueur of choice, espresso and simple syrup in the HexClad Cocktail Shaker and fill shaker with ice. Cover and shake vigorously until the drink is well chilled, about 15 seconds. Strain into chilled glass. Garnish with coffee beans. Enjoy right away.

NOTE
To make simple syrup, combine equal parts sugar and water in a small saucepan. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat, stirring until the sugar has completely dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool before using. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
