Sweet and savoury (just the way Koreans like it), this beef bulgogi recipe will have you hooked. It’s packed with a ton of flavour and the best part is that it’s so easy to make.

In a blender, pulse all ingredients except for the beef and vegetable oil until smooth. Pour into a large bowl and add beef. Mix to combine. Cover and refrigerate for at least 45 minutes but overnight is best.

Heat the HexClad Hybrid Double Burner Griddle over two burners on medium-high heat. Working in two batches, heat half the oil and add half the beef in a single layer. Cook, turning beef halfway through, until golden and cooked through, 3 to 5 minutes total.

Serve the warm bulgogi to wrap in lettuce leaves with a spoonful of rice, a bit of ssamjang and kimchi, with more toppings on the side.
