Crawfish & Garlic Noodles
What You Need

Preparation
Cook The Noodles
(For yellow or egg noodles, rinse to remove oil.)
- Boil 16 ozs noodles or pasta in salted water until al dente; drain.
Prepare The Crawfish
- Combine 5.5 oz crawfish tails and 1 tsp Cajun seasoning together and toss to coat and set aside:
Make The Garlic Sauce
- Melt 8 tbsp butter in a sauté pan over medium-low heat. Add 2 tbsp minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Stir in: 2 tbsp Maggi sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp fish sauce, 1/2 tbsp sugar
Serve
- To serve, toss noodles with sauce, crawfish tails, 2 tbsp parmesan, and garlic powder to taste. Garnish with 2 tsp lemon zest and ground black pepper.
