How it works:
HEXAGONAL STEEL PEAKS
A laser-etched, stainless-steel hexagonal design forms a network of ridges that boost searing power.

NONSTICK VALLEYS
Protected between the hexagonal steel peaks are nonstick valleys containing our proprietary TerraBond™ ceramic nonstick coating, which is free from PTFE and forever chemicals, making cleanup a breeze.

With its three-to-four egg capacity, the pan is also ideal for rolled crepes, bacon, long vegetables and grilled sandwiches.
Rectangular shape is designed to create the iconic "rolled" Japanese omelette by ensuring uniformity from end to end.
Hexagonal steel ridges for incredible searing power and durability.
Tri-ply aluminum core heats quickly and evenly for excellent temperature control.
TerraBond™ ceramic nonstick coating is free from forever chemicals (PFAS-free).

Seasoning

On medium-low heat, spread a teaspoon of oil inside the pan for 2-3 minutes. As you cook over time, the performance will enhance from natural re-seasoning.

Heat Guidance

Soak in soapy water then scrub.
