- Start: April 9, 2026 at 12:00 AM PT
- End: April 9, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT
Entries submitted outside this period are not eligible.
4. How to Enter
- Complete the entry form on the designated landing page during the Entry Period
- Limit: One (1) entry per person
The following are prohibited:
- Automated entries
- Bulk submissions
- Fraudulent activity
Violations may result in disqualification.
5. Prize(s)
Three (3) winners will each receive:
- Forest Apron
- Houndstooth Green Bag
- 7” Frypan with Lid
- 2QT Pot
- 8” Chef Knife (Green)
- End Grain Board
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $794 per prize
Additional terms:
- Non-transferable
- Non-refundable
- No substitutions except at Sponsor’s discretion
- Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value
- No warranties (express or implied)
6. Winner Selection & Odds
- Winners selected via random drawing from eligible entries
- Odds depend on total number of entries
Sponsor reserves the right to:
- Verify eligibility
- Disqualify entrants who tamper with the process or violate rules
7. Winner Notification
- Winners will be notified via email no later than April 20, 2026.
Requirements:
- Must respond within 72 hours
- Failure to respond or provide required documentation may result in forfeiture
Sponsor may:
- Select an alternate winner
Winners may be required to complete:
- Affidavit of eligibility
- Liability release
- Publicity release (where permitted)
8. Taxes
Winners are responsible for all applicable:
- Federal
- State
- Local taxes
Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 if required.
9. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize grants Sponsor the right to use:
- Name
- Likeness
- Voice
- Biographical information
For promotional purposes:
- Worldwide
- Perpetual
- Without additional compensation
10. Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless:
- Sponsor
- Affiliates
- Officers, directors, employees, and agents
("Released Parties")
From any claims related to:
- Participation in the Sweepstakes
- Acceptance or use of any prize
Released Parties are not responsible for:
- Lost, late, or misdirected entries
- Technical failures
- Unauthorized human intervention
- Errors in promotional materials
- Injury or damage resulting from participation
Participants assume all risk.
11. Right to Cancel or Modify
Sponsor reserves the right to:
- Cancel
- Suspend
- Modify
The Sweepstakes if integrity is compromised due to:
- Fraud
- Technical issues
- Other unforeseen factors
Sponsor may disqualify violators.
All decisions are final.
12. Disputes & Governing Law
Governed by the laws of California.
By entering, participants agree:
- Disputes handled individually (no class actions)
- Jurisdiction in Los Angeles County courts
- Remedies limited to actual out-of-pocket costs
Participants waive:
- Punitive damages
- Incidental damages
- Consequential damages
