The blade comprises 67 layers of Japanese Damascus steel, which is renowned for its durability. Its rounded point ensures safe plating and features indents that help keep food from sticking to the blade. Plenty sharp, the knife boasts a 60+ Rockwell rating and an ergonomic pakkawood handle that is easy to grasp. A slender two-pronged, stainless-steel fork secures meat while slicing. Glide through any protein using this duo, or break it out to slice large, tricky produce such as watermelon, pineapple or eggplant.
